How To Check If WP Rocket Is Caching Your Pages?

Before you proceed to check if WP ROCKET is caching your pages on website or not, make sure that you are logged out of your site unless you have enabled “caching for logged in users” (in the Basic Options tab).

If you haven’t enabled that and are logged in to your site, you will not be seeing cached pages!

How to check if wp rocket is caching your pages or not?

  1. Right click on your website and click “View Page Source” as shown below.

2. Look for the comment from Wp Rocket which should be at the bottom of the source code like the one below.

3. If you have  minification turned on, in the head of your page (when viewing the source code) you should see links to the minified files – they will have a URL structure that includes:

/wp-content/cache/min/

4. You can also install the browser extension Wappalyzer for Chrome or Firefox and it will detect when WP Rocket is active.
